Chef of the Year

Chow was named Chef of the Year at the 18th World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence for his exceptional work as Head Chef at the Japanese dining establishment he worked with before.

Since that time, Chow’s innovative menu design and culinary expertise has enhanced some of Singapore’s most revered restaurants, including one of the best classic French restaurants in Asia – Les Amis, the vibrant Spanish tapas bar – FOC and the uber-chic sake bar – Boruto.
